Proof Reading Your Order

Please remember to check your order as The Write Image is not responsible for correct spelling and wording. Try as we might The Write Image will not catch all customer errors, especially the incorrect spelling of proper names. Please proof your order very carefully. If a problem is found, please contact The Write Image as soon as possible.Contact Us.

  • When ordering invitations remember your order should not be based on the number of people invited, but the number of addresses. For example: If you are going to invite 150 people to your wedding, not every person needs their own invitation unless they are all single and not bringing an escort.
  • Did you spell all of the names and places correctly?
  • Did you double check your day and date?
  • Did you give the correct address?
  • Did you give yourself at least 15-25 extra invitations and 20% extra envelopes?
  • Did you specify the ink color and font?
  • Did you get all of the needed accessories - reception cards, response cards, envelope linings, etc ... ?
  • Once you have checked once, now check again. Try reading the invitation from right to left - sometimes this helps to catch errors!! If someone is around, have them check your order, too.

Preview Technology

Please remember that The Write Image's Preview Technology is just for preview purposes only. It allows you to see what your invitation will look like with different ink colors, fonts, and wording. Ink color and paper colors will vary depending on your display setting. Adjustments by professional typesetters may be necessary. Location, size and spacing may be manipulated to make your invitation look the very best. It is suggested that if you have any questions or concerns, you request an email or fax proof.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, TWIO must receive your cancellation request in writing via email to customerservice@twio.com within 1 day of your order being placed. Any cancellation requests received after this time will be examined on a case-by-case basis. Twio offers no guarantee that your order will be able to be cancelled after this time period, as your order may have already gone to print.

  • Orders that are cancelled will be subject to a $20.00 TWIO cancellation charge, as well as any charges incurred by the manufacturer.
Returns

If any or all parts of your order are damaged or flawed, please let us know within two weeks of receiving your total order via email to customerservice@twio.com. If the error is our fault, and we receive written notification from you within two weeks of your order, we will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction and correct the problem at no cost to you.

  • In order to minimize errors on orders, TWIO suggests every customer request a proof with each order.
Product Disclaimers

Natural and Silk Flowers and Specialty Papers
  • The natural flowers may vary slightly in size, placement, and color.
  • Silk flowers may vary in size. When ordering an invitation with silk flowers, please hand-cancel at the post office.
  • Some companies carry unique, specialty papers. These papers may be unavailable at times. Customer Service will contact you if a specialty paper is unavailable.

Ink and Paper Colors
  • Ink color and paper colors will vary depending on your display setting.
  • We provide two typestyles at no extra charge, however a second ink color will cost extra.
Envelopes
  • Please check with the post office before mailing invitations. Many invitations require extra postage.
  • All square and vertical envelopes will cost extra when mailed. Please check with your post office before mailing.
